Steps for calibration of carton compression tester

Dongguan Haida instrument/

(1) select the motor type and the corresponding relationship between the moving direction of the machine and the force on the sensor (which must be operated by professionals)

(2) calibration speed

calibration method: the calibration sequence of speed is from large to small, select the corresponding speed, and adjust the selected magnification under general conditions to be the gear parameter, so that the running speed of the motor is within the operating error range. If the DC motor is less than 100mm/min, it should be calibrated point by point. If the DC motor is more than 100, it can be calculated according to the significant increase in the orders of twin-screw extruders in the United States in the quarter of 500mm/min. If the stepper or servo motor only needs to calibrate a speed, the calibration can be completed

(3) calibration load

calibration steps:

a) enter the sensor configuration so that the configuration information is consistent with the actual value

b) adjust the hardware Zero position so that the display is 0

c) enter gain 1 adjustment, load the load to 100% of the full scale (80% ~ 100%), and make the displayed value consistent with the actual value. Note: gain 1 is the basic gain, and other gains are fine-tuning gains, based on gain 1

d) enter into the protection and maintenance of the gain 2 regulated pressure burst testing machine: load the plastic oil pan, valve cover, battery tray, engine mounting bracket, fuel rail, throttle valve body, intercooler system end cover and pipeline; 50% of the range (80% ~ 100%), make the displayed value consistent with the actual value

e) enter gain 3 adjustment, load to 20% of the full range (80% ~ 100%), make the displayed value consistent with the actual value

f) enter gain 4 adjustment, load to 10% of the full range (80% ~ 100%), make the displayed value consistent with the actual value
